Home Instead is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate and supportive caregiving team!

Are you a CNA looking for flexible, part-time work where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors? At Home Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to provide personalized, one-on-one care that helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Flexible & Part-Time Scheduling

As a CNA with Home Instead, you may assist seniors with:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and toileting

• Ambulation, mobility, and transfers

• Personal care and hygiene

• Meal preparation and serving

• Medication reminders and monitoring

• Light housekeeping and laundry

• Companionship and meaningful conversation

• Providing compassionate, one-on-one support based on each client’s individual needs

• Pay Rate: $18–$20 per hour

• $2 more per hour on weekends

• Flexible scheduling—we work with your availability!

CNA Qualifications

We are looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs who are committed to providing excellent care to seniors.

Candidates must:

• Hold a current CNA license/certification from any U.S. state

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be fluent in English

• Have the ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect

• Be patient, dependable, and a good listener

• Be comfortable providing personal care and assistance with daily activities

• Successfully complete required background checks and driving record checks

• Successfully complete a required drug screen
